1. The Services

TruePuff provides a product authentication and anti-counterfeiting platform that enables brands to generate secure verification codes and allows consumers to verify product authenticity.

TruePuff does not sell cannabis or regulated products and does not process consumer transactions for such products.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use the Services in your jurisdiction. Business customers represent that they are authorized to use the Services on behalf of their organization.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the Services
• Attempt to reverse engineer or bypass security features
• Use the Services for unlawful or deceptive purposes
• Interfere with system integrity or availability
• Misrepresent verification results or impersonate brands

4. Verification Results Disclaimer

TruePuff provides verification signals based on available data and cryptographic systems.

Verification results:

• Are informational
• Do not constitute legal, medical, or safety advice
• Are not guarantees of product quality, legality, or suitability

Brands are responsible for how verification results are presented and used.

5. Accounts & Billing

Certain Services require a paid subscription.

• Fees are billed in advance
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment

6. Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, logos, and content are owned by TruePuff or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Services without permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services:

• For violation of these Terms
• For security or operational reasons
• As required by law

You may terminate your account according to your subscription terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• TruePuff is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Total liability is limited to the amount paid to TruePuff in the preceding 12 months

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TruePuff from claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
